Mindset Monday: Purpose-Driven Mindset

To quote Mark Twain, “The two most important days of your life are the day you were born and the day you find out why.” As entrepreneurs, purpose answers that “why” and is what gives our lives direction and meaning. Passion is what fuels our insane dreams and allows us to believe we can make a dent in the universe.

A study spanning six years showed that people with a greater sense of purpose were more likely to seek preventive healthcare services. For every one-point increase in purpose on a six-point scale, they spent 17% fewer nights in the hospital. [Tweet]
