Mindset Monday: Gratitude Mindset
An increasing abundance of opportunities and a dizzying rate of technological progress can often blind us to many of the simple joys in our lives. A Gratitude Mindset involves regularly making the shift from Expectation to Appreciation, and from Overwhelm to Thankfulness.

From me:

From the world:
“Gratitude opens the door to ... the power, the wisdom, the creativity of the universe.”

A thought exercise for the week:
Meditate on your relationships with your friends, family, coworkers, and partners by asking these four questions:
What have I received from this person?
What have I given to this person?
What trouble/difficulty have I caused this person?
How can I change the way I show gratitude to this person? [Tweet]
Question of the week:
What’s your favorite way to practice gratitude? |
Until next week,
